History of the V&T No. 22 locomotive, Inyo, the American (4-4-0) type wood burner built by Burnham, Parry, Williams & Company, an early incarnation of the Baldwin Locomotive Works. Nicknamed the "Brass Betsy" for its great number of its brass fittings, it became a workhorse of the V&T Railroad and, later a "movie star" of Paramount Pictures' Westerns.
